Shands Manor

Some of The Corridor’s best action takes place at Shand’s Manor, a restored Prohibition era mansion owned by Professor Jim Trombley who appears in each of my now ten books. Although fictitious, the manor has basis in fact. I began to develop it while working on The Allards Book Eight: The Chief. During Prohibition many homes along the water front were constructed or modified to receive clandestine liquor from Canada to be served it to its patrons. Many existed in my youth and some even today.
